Whats the role

Were looking for a full-time Operations Manager to join the Home Lending Distribution team. In this role youll work closely with the Head of Home Lending to support business operations deliver key initiatives and keep things running smoothly across the team. Youll help coordinate planning reporting communications and people-focused activities while partnering with stakeholders across Customer Engagement and support teams. If youre someone who thrives on structure enjoys working behind the scenes and likes bringing people and processes together this could be the role for you.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots across teams and priorities
  • Comfortable working with data to support planning and decision-making
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Confident working with others to deliver business and people initiatives
