Overview of the role :

    • Key Accountabilities :

  • Design, Plan, implement and support client business systems
  • Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements
  • Contribute to the delivery process by being part of client meetings and making presentations
  • Create, maintain, and present technical strategies and process documentation to different audiences at different levels of seniority and technical expertise
  • Ensure prescribed utilization numbers are achieved to your best efforts

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 2+ years consulting experience or similar experience as a user
  • 2+ years' experience in the design and implementation of business systems, preferably TechnologyOne (Finance) or any other similar ERP systems would be beneficial
  • Ability to identify and recommend more efficient and cost-effective ways of undertaking business processes
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work closely with and to build strong lasting relationships with our clients
  • Confidence in delivering face to face or remote customer training
  • Technology One technical skills including but not limited to ETL, XLOne, Reporting and BPA's is highly desirable
