Job descriptionProviding leadership and direction to ensure a high-level of integration and consistency across the department's Finance Business Partner Functions. Directing and leading financial management support, budget preparation and financial performance monitoring and reporting. Directing and leading the development of funding proposals for consideration through the budget setting process or Mid-Year Budget Review. Translating financial management strategy into operational goals and creating a shared sense of purpose within the business unit. Lead your team to support budget delegates allocate approved budgets and understand the underlying assumptions. Develop monthly financial forecasts, both operating, capital and staffing. The Successful Applicant Leadership and accountability Excellent relationship management skills Professional Great communication skills Eye for detail Resilience and adaptability Strategic What's on Offer Options for S26, Contract or NOG engagement Salary up to $165,000 or S26 (Including IFA) Options for improvement High Performing team
12 month S 26, Non-on going or Contract available for Project-based Department
