We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the visual merchandising strategy and execution across all Clinique and Aveda retail locations in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual merchandising, project management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive brand engagement through innovative and impactful visual displays.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the visual merchandising strategy and execution across all Clinique and Aveda retail locations in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual merchandising, project management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive brand engagement through innovative and impactful visual displays.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with Clinique and Aveda's brand image and marketing campaigns. Design, brief and execute all in-store merchandising, displays and branded signage that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Collaborate with retail and store managers to ensure displays are executed, maintained and updated regularly. Stay current on retail trends and consumer behavior to keep displays fresh and relevant. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry. Strong creative skills with a keen eye and attention for detail. Highly organised with project management experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Wrike and design tools such as Adobe.
