PEER are experiencing an exciting period of growth.

We are looking for experienced Trainers and Assessor and Subject Matter Experts who are wanting to deliver trade based training programs to our learners

As a PEER Trainer and Assessor your role will include providing training, guidance, mentoring and coaching to our VET in School students.

Are you an Engineering Tradesperson looking for a change?

As a PEER Subject Matter Expert your role will include providing assistance to Trainers and Assessors in the knowledge and performance areas. All whilst studying towards a Certificate IV Training and Assessment.

Wages $$$

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 4 $49.53 - 61.90 P / H

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 3 $46.69 - $56.36 P / H

Subject Matter Expert Level 2 $41.04 - $51.29 P / H

Skills And Experience

Qualified tradesperson - Engineering Fabrication or Engineering Mechanical Computer skills Ability to pass a Working with Children & National Police Checks. Proven track record in inspiring, supporting, motivating people and fostering a positive, creative and rewarding culture. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Cert IV (TAE40116), or willing to study
