Job descriptionforklift licence or be willing to obtain one! The key duties and responsibilities will include Maintain Production levels as per schedule Moving Products, both manually and with a forklift Weighing, measuring, counting of raw materials Monitoring the supply and quality of products Be committed, reliable with a demonstrated strong work ethic Heavy lifting up to 25kg Essential Skills Proven food handling experience in a fast-paced environment HACCP or food-handling certificates (desirable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) A strong safety and quality focus Forklift Licence is advantageous (1 year experience on Counterbalance) or must be willing to obtain - on the job training provided Must be willing to undergo a Drug and Alcohol test Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently Committed, reliable with a demonstrated strong work ethic Physical fit and ability to work on your feet for a full shift. Trojan Recruitment is seeking reliable Production Operators or Warehouse Assistants to join our client's team. Based in the Newcastle area, our client specialises in the manufacturing of pet food. This site would ideally suit someone who comes from a food manufacturing background. However training can be provided!
Rotating Roster - 12 hour shifts meaning extra shift penalties!
