Job descriptionKey responsibilities Responsibilities include Manage and deliver excellent customer service to a portfolio of clients Utilise CargoWise as required Execute necessary customs clearances, duty rates, refunds and drawbacks Fulfil necessary Australian Border Force and Department of Agriculture, Water and Environment related matters Invoicing Compile, classify and input entry data Review incoming CargoWise tariff codes and advise accordingly about relevant changes Other duties as required by the Customs Manager Skills and experience Fully accredited licensed customs broker Minimum 2 years experience in customs brokerage Knowledge of classifications and quarantine entry requirements Excellent customer service skills Understanding of relevant government requirements Strong attention to detail High level of computer literacy and experience in using CargoWise software Excellent verbal and written communications skills On offer Flexible work arrangements between office and home Onsite parking Opportunity to work with an industry leading company Supportive team culture Recruit19 is a specialist recruiter to the Supply Chain, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, IT, Real Estate and Construction industries._

You are knowledgeable about government legislation, tariff advice, customs refunds and entry lodgements. You have excellent customer liaison skills and work well with a variety of stakeholders.
