Based in Karratha, this dynamic Customer Service Officer – Mentoring Services role involves inbound and outbound calls to provide support and mentoring to our apprentices, trainees and clients, as well as various administration and compliance tasks.

The purpose of this highly rewarding role is to assist the apprentices, trainees and employers to complete their Australian Apprenticeships by guiding them through challenges and obstacles, offering encouragement, and helping them reach their career goals- with a strong focus on young people diverse backgrounds.

About you You will bring your passion for customer service along with :

Ability to build relationships with internal teams and various external stakeholders including apprentices, employers, and parents / guardiansStrong listening skills, and excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong problem solving skills and ability to interpret and assess informationPrevious experience in social work, mental health support, receptionist or customer service highly regardedMEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse. The successful applicant will be required to undertake pre-employment checks which includes a National Police Check, State / Territory Working with Children Check, reference checks, verify your right to work in Australia and confirmation of qualifications.
