Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for achieving financial targets and KPIs, while leading a dynamic team to surpass expectations.

Daily Responsibilities :

• Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful store experience by leading by example.
• Develop team talent and drive sales, profit, and productivity to meet business targets.
• Showcase expertise in Visual Merchandising by creating a welcoming and visually appealing store environment.
• Oversee store rostering and wage expenses with a focus on commercial acumen.
• Manage stock (up to 15kg) efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure excellent customer service.
• Track store sales performance, recognize exceptional results, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to peers and senior management.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals.
