    • Our Perth office is growing and we are looking to support our team with general administration and office operations, projects and functional service lines.

      Key Accountabilities

    • Providing administrative assistance such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing office events.
    • Overseeing office facilities and ensuring they are well-maintained, including managing supplies, equipment, and office layout.
    • Serving as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, relaying messages between departments, clients, and vendors.
    • Maintaining organizational systems to enhance efficiency, such as filing systems, document management, and office procedures.
    • Assisting various teams within the office with tasks such as data entry, raising purchase requisitions, research, and project coordination
    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining records, and implementing measures to promote a safe work environment.
    • Addressing issues and resolving conflicts as they arise, acting as a resource for staff members seeking assistance.
