Assistant Manager - L'Americano Castle Hill

Our Cafe is located in-store at the new Coco Republic showroom, in Castle Hill, and we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager. Be part of a small knit team to help lead the development of a vibrant food and beverage business. This Café will combine Coco Republic's signature American design aesthetic with an Italian heritage.

We are open 7 days a week, 7am-3pm and we will offer an Italian influenced breakfast and lunch menu as well as also holding occasional functions.

• About the role
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with managing a small FOH team
• Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
• Ordering and stocktake
• Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals
• Develop and train new and existing team members
• Rotating roster over 7 days - weekend work is required
• About You
• 2+ years cafe / restaurant or Assistant Manager experience
• Strong Barista skills
• Passionate and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid working rights in Australia

L'Americano is a destination point providing quality fine food, offering a breakfast and lunch menu with a focus on simple Italian style food, and whilst the food is contemporary in style the cuisine draws heavy references from traditional Italian fare.
