- What's so exciting about this role
This is a critical role in our Treasury team where you'll manage and drive
- humm
- group's daily funding operations and ongoing reporting obligations under its $3bn+ funding platform. You'll be responsible for daily funding requirements across all geographies, including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK and Canada. The role will be focused on ensuring day to day treasury operations are conducted efficiently and manage a team of Treasury Analysts.

- Manage the day-to-day Treasury operations to meet the funding and reporting requirements of
- humm
- group across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK and Canada.
- Manage funding vehicles, including public Asset Backed Securitisation (ABS) issuance, to support
- humm
- group's $3bn+ receivables book across consumer and commercial financing, including BNPL, credit cards and business financing products.
- Manage interest rate, FX risk management and broader Treasury risk management initiatives.
- Support funding activities including debt capital market activities aligned to the business strategy and Treasury funding plan.
- Contribute to broader Finance Team transformation initiatives in a leadership capacity including playing a key role in setting up a new Treasury Management system to improve the efficiency, integration and effectiveness of our reporting that will provide management greater performance insight.
- Lead projects including the construct and roll-out of new products, and working constructively with all key internal stakeholders, including senior management.
- Lead delivery and presentation of papers and discussion items for the Executive, ALCO,

- group Board and other Board delegated committees.

We are also looking for someone who brings :
- Experience in securitisation debt financing, with strong understanding of structuring and documentation.
- Strong treasury management experience including operational excellence in setting up appropriate systems, high level control frameworks and reporting.
- Experience across Australian and / or New Zealand financial markets;
- Experience in dealing in interest rate and FX swaps;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build high performing teams and motivate and engage staff;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and appropriate tailoring to the audience with ability to contribute towards management and Board presentations and papers;
- Strong numeracy skills, and aptitude to learn and develop;
- Good judgement, business acumen and dealing with ambiguity;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and manage stakeholder engagement and expectations.
