Change Analyst

x 2 Change Analysts to support the x 2 Change Managers, with various change activities (but not limited to) which may vary for the different projects :

• Support the Change Manager with the coordination of Stakeholder / Business Engagement
• Calendar Invites
• Confirmation of Business Representation
• Attend meetings
• Assist in developing awareness and adoption-related deliverables i.e., awareness, communications, learning and support materials to the business division that support the use of the IT solution with the project deliverables
• Provide change and communication support - working with the team to understand the change impacts and confirm the type of change, learning required to support the impacted stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Team to continually improve the project deliverables & stakeholder engagement / approach with the Organisational Change Management and following the IT PMO Change Deliverables (Templates)
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Competency in Office 365
