- A day in the life
- Exploring and exposing risk by experimenting, testing and asking different kinds of questions at the optimum time.
- Taking an active role in scrum ceremonies such as discovery sessions, refinements, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Designing and owning your test approach in recognition of your context.
- Developing your individual testing style and approach.
- Learning from others (peers, industry etc) and constantly looking to learn new skills.
- Encouraging, taking part and contributing to the Lumary Quality practice. This includes creating blogs that help others, pairing and sharing, contributing in team sessions, supporting your testing peers, helping others, sharing your successes and your failures.
- Developing an understanding of what level of testing should be completed to ensure the best quality product.
- About you
- 2+ years experience as a tester
- Experience using automated test software
- Mindset to test for both expected and unexpected behaviour
- Salesforce administration and / or development knowledge (desirable)
- Have a passion for quality and helping to create amazing products
- Prior experience working in an agile environment (desirable)

- Work in a scale-up environment where uncertainty and ambiguity is expected and normal
