About Us : Container Exchange (COEX) is the not-for-profit organisation appointed to manage and grow QLD's Containers for Change. Our vision is 'no container goes to waste' and we're committed to driving change for future generations. Since we began in 2018, we've kept more than 10 billion containers out of landfill, returning more than $1 billion in 10-cent refunds to households, charities and community groups. The Role : As our Network Lead you'll be responsible for overseeing our Container Refund Point network within the Brisbane region. Reporting to our Network Manager you'll play a key part in driving operational excellence by ensuring compliance, enhancing safety and optimising performance across our network.

Stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction : Collaborate with operators to improve recovery rates, manage operator touchpoints and complaints and implement NPS cards to measure and enhance satisfaction.Compliance and safety management : Ensure adherence to compliance standards, conduct regular site audits and operator reviews and implement standard operating procedures to maintain a compliant work environment.Operational efficiency and cost control : Monitor and manage network costs, maintain traffic and movement plans and oversee incident reporting and resolution.Continuous improvement and innovation : Drive ongoing improvements in customer experience, identify growth opportunities and support innovation through regular performance reviews and feedback loops.

Experience in a similar role, working across multiple sites supporting stakeholders to drive growth and continuous improvementsExcellent time management, organisational skills, and administrative capabilities.Contributions to a culture where safety, risk management and compliance are valuedAbility to understand and analyse reports and operational requirements to support informed decision-making.Exemplifies a high level of professionalism, maturity and integrityExcellent communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skillsExceptional stakeholder management skills, underpinned by a collaborative approach and a proven ability to build strong and effective partnerships

Qualifications and other :

Queensland Driver's LicenseBlue Card or ability to obtain one
