With assistance from our off-shore payroll team, this position is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Other duties include :
Ensuring that weekly timesheets & payroll changes are received before the end of the payroll cycleUnderstanding and interpreting awards & employment contractsPreparing termination calculations and paymentsResolving / answering queries relating to payroll across the companyAdministering PAYG and Payroll Taxation reportingAdminister Superannuation paymentsPreparation of Payroll EFT filesProviding any payroll reports requiredTo be successful you willMinimum of 3 years' payroll experienceBe familiar with all payroll legislation and requirementsDemonstrate initiative and be able to work autonomouslyHave a positive, happy and friendly approachHave experience in using Deputy Enterprise (advantageous)Experience in Epayroll "Ready Pay" (advantageous)Please submit your resume to give us an overview of your skills and experience.
