Conduct comprehensive assessments and inspections of commercial and residential building projects to ensure adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. Review architectural plans, specifications, and documentation to verify compliance and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address non-compliance issues and provide expert guidance throughout the certification process. Perform on-site inspections at various stages of construction to verify compliance with approved plans and resolve any emerging issues promptly and efficiently. Relevant certifications or licenses as a Building Certifier, showcasing your expertise in both commercial and residential projects. Proven experience working as a Building Certifier, preferably with a diverse portfolio encompassing commercial and residential construction. Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards, with a meticulous eye for detail and unwavering commitment to compliance. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders and the ability to convey technical information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and technology, leveraging digital tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
