• About The Role

In the role of

• Team Member
• at Max Brenner, a day in your life will include :
• Execute the daily operations of the store
• Provide excellent guest service while creating a memorable experience
• Prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and decadent milkshakes
• Prepare and serve dessert menu items including but not limited to our famous Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue and decadent Pizzas
• Complete in-house training to keep you up to date
• Maintain a clean and well-presented store
• About You

To be successful in the role of

• Team Member
• at Max Brenner, you will have :
• Previous hospitality and / or customer service experience is essential
• Availability to work across flexible hours and days, particularly afternoons / evenings and weekends
• Energetic, positive and guest focused with a can-do attitude
• Passion for hospitality and love the energy that the industry brings
• Enjoy creating memorable experiences for all our guests
• Driven to provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team
