  • About the role

My client is seeking a friendly and professional Administrator / Receptionist to join their supportive and stable team environment. The ideal individual will have excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible. You will be well presented, articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and used to a demanding environment.

The purpose of this position is to support Head Office and play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative and front of house functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within our business.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phones from workers and clients and assist with queries including how to register, navigation of website.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction and recruitment processes for our workers including processing paperwork and tax file declaration forms.
  • Ensure all worker information is up to date including copies of licences, tickets and uploading into Code House.
  • Provide administration support and maintenance to our worker CRM databases including but not limited to Code House, MYOB / Xero systems and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Provide administration and backup support to our CFO and wider team when required including scanning and filing of documentation.
  • Enter new starters into our industry related databases
  • General office duties including the front of house, boardrooms, kitchen area are clean and tidy.
  • Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a similar front of house / administrative or operational position is highly desirable.
  • Understanding and passion for the industry.
  • Experience working in a construction or labour hire environment or similar is advantageous.
  • High level of customer service skills and building relationships.
  • Positive & friendly personality.
  • Willingness to learn our internal CRM and processes.
  • Solid communication (verbal and written) and active listening skills.
  • Team player - can do attitude and driven
