Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetic nurse with an in-depth understanding of setting up cosmetic clinics both physical and at home services and has a proven track record of educating cosmetic nurses within the industry to join our specialists' team. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, mentoring practitioners, assisting clinics through the registration process for both setting up physical clinics, being able to operate within the home and ensuring that all training is aligned with the latest industry standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in launching and setting up their cosmetic injectables clinics, ensuring seamless project management from inception to completion.
- Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring a high-quality and engaging learning experience.
- Mentor and provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals through assessments, consultations, and hands-on practice.
- Educate staff on regulatory requirements, infection control practices, and compliance with national and state regulations.
- Share expertise on managing the operations of a cosmetic injectable clinic, focusing on safety and best practices.
- Assist in the development and review of clinical safety protocols to maintain industry compliance.
- Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner qualification is essential.
- Additional certifications in cosmetic injectables or aesthetic medicine are highly desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in running a cosmetic injectable clinic, including managing daily operations, staff, and patient care.
- Hands-on experience with injectables such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or providing training in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of emergency protocols related to cosmetic injectables (e.g., anaphylaxis, vascular occlusions).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cosmetic injectables and healthcare standards.
