We specialise in site preparation for commercial builds, residential subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and road construction and much more.

As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to oversee the procurement of materials, subcontractors, plant, fleet, and equipment across multiple projects.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead procurement strategy and execution, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of resources across our projects. Your ability to manage critical path items, secure value-for-money contracts, and support project delivery will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with construction programs and business goals.

Collaborate with project teams to forecast long-lead procurement needs and maintain procurement schedules.

Prioritise and secure critical path materials and services to mitigate delivery risks.

Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and equipment hire providers.

Monitor procurement spend, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure budget compliance.

Maintain procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Support mobilisation of new sites and contribute to tender and start-up phases.

Leverage procurement and asset systems for reporting and continuous improvement

Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with providers- We truly value the people we work with.

About You

Proven experience in procurement within the civil or commercial construction sector.

Sound understanding of construction methodology and project delivery requirements.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Ability to interpret construction programs and align procurement activities accordingly.

Proficient in procurement software and reporting tools.

High attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
