Experienced Dental Receptionist / Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated and outgoing person to join our Grace Dental Group family!

Your purpose will be to represent Grace Dental Group as we work collectively to provide only the best service and quality care for all our patients. Our team at Grace Dental Group is like one big family, and we pride ourselves on making our patients feel at ease and part of the family too.

Located in the Sydney South Western suburbs, we have 3 modern state of the art dental clinics, fully equipped with all the latest technology. Our branches are located in Green Valley, Bonnyrigg and Edensor Park.

You will :

• Have at least 1 year of previous customer service experience (dental experience is beneficial but not essential)
• Be presentable and professional
• Be able to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have the ability to multitask, especially under pressure
• Enjoy meeting new people, and have excellent communication, phone manner and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality
• Be computer savvy
• Have experience in using Exact software would be ideal
