Recognised as industry specialists in insurance, strata and commercial construction with a strong reputation for delivering technically sound, high-quality outcomes.What you need for this role : Proven expertise in commercial and / or strata projects – insurance industry exposure highly regardedStrong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting experienceConfident leader and communicator who can engage internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with scheduling tools, Excel, and project tracking systemsBuilding & Construction qualification (minimum Cert IV) – Building Licence preferred5+ years' experience in construction, including senior leadership or project management rolesWhat you will do in this role : Oversee and deliver complex, higher-value commercial and strata repairsLead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Estimators and SupervisorsSet the bar for quality, safety, and client satisfactionDrive the division's commercial performance – from margin control to pricing strategyRepresent our team with professionalism and build trusted client relationshipsChampion scheduling, workflow, and process excellencePlease note : The successful candidate must have the right to work in Australia and be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and criminal background check where required.
