Project Manager

Cleared is partnering with a leading IT services provider to support a major government client. We are seeking experienced Project Managers with current security clearances to join their high-performing team. This role involves delivering projects across ICT in secure, fast-paced environments.

Clearance : Active Security Clearance NV2 or TSPV (hold or able to go through the OSA Process)

SFIA Level : Equivalent to SFIA Level 5

Key Responsibilities : Manage multiple project activities and priorities as directed.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Prepare reports, briefings, submissions, and returns in accordance with organisational standards.Apply established project management methodologies, practices, and procedures.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; communicate with influence and negotiate effectively.Understand and articulate complex technical concepts and project-related issues to various stakeholders.Essential Skills and Experience : Proven experience in project management, ideally within ICT-focused projects.Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).Ability to tailor and blend methodologies to suit specific project or business contexts.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to grasp complex technical details quickly and relay them clearly.Desirable Qualifications and Certifications : RegPM certification with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), or eligibility to obtain certification.Undergraduate qualifications in Information Technology and / or Project Management.If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please reach out or submit your application.
