We are a Commonwealth Home Support Programme provider and we're on the lookout for a skilled, positive, and client-focused OT to join our growing team right here in Perth. About the Role

In this role, you'll provide expert clinical care to Aged Care clients in the community . You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, celebrates wins, and supports you every step of the way.

Full-time, Part-time or Contractor role. ? Based in the Perth metro area. Work in a supportive, professional environment committed to best practice and clinical excellence. We're looking for someone who brings both experience and energy—someone with strong aged-care and Functional Capacity Assessment skills, who is excited to support clients and colleagues alike.

What We're Looking For

Experienced Occupational Therapist (3+ years). Strong skills in aged care! A collaborative spirit, passion for clinical care, and a positive, can-do attitude.

What You'll Need

• AHPRA registration ? 3+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist Aged-Care experience, highly desirable Experience with aged care and Functional Capacity Assessments preferred National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With children Check Valid driver's licence Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
