Paralegal (Mortgage Recovery)

We are seeking a permanent, full-time

• Paralegal
• to join our busy mortgage recovery team, situated within and as an important part of our Restructuring & Insolvency team.

You will work for leading WA clients and be responsible for the end-to-end process for retail and business lending recoveries, from letters of demand, to court proceedings to enforce securities.

• About You

As a successful applicant, you will have :

• Previous industry experience in a similar role
• A desire to learn and continuously improve
• High level of attention to detail
• An ability to manage a portfolio of matters / tasks
• Excellent comprehension, spelling and grammar skills
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of the Supreme Court mortgage recovery process and National Credit Code will be highly desirable.
