Pre shutdown - Commences on the 21st March (12-hour days)
Main shutdown - Commences on the 1st June (12-hour days)

Casual rate $70.90 per hour
Travel allowance $160 per / swing
Paid inductions completed prior to mobilisation

About Ventia
Ventia is seeking experienced & qualified Riggers. This casual role will see you engaged on periodic Campaign maintenance, grouped / batched maintenance programs, as well as completing both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance. The casual position will see you working FIFO out of Perth as part of the initial Barrow Island team and partake in future LNG works as opportunities arise to join future shutdowns.
What you'll need
Essential_
Advanced Rigging
Enter and work in confined space valid within 3 years
White Card
High risk work licence valid within 3 years
Operate breathing apparatus
Work safely at heights valid within 3 years
Desirable_
Provide first aid
High risk work licence - LF valid within 3 years
High risk work licence - WP valid within 3 years
Industry safety induction
Operate breathing apparatus valid within 3 years
What you will bring
Hands on experience in LNG / mining maintenance and an operations environment
Proven experience with chain blocks and high risk technical lifts
Experience operating heavy duty Cranes
Strong interpersonal skills and team work mindset
Ability to follow processes and procedures
Safety - first mindset following safety protocols and hazard procedures
