Inventory Management
Plan replenishment across the Distribution Centre network by maintaining the accuracy of plans to reflect feasible delivery targets
Responsible for planning, accessories and spare parts and DT
Evaluate and update parameters for re-order points as well as order quantities
Be in close contact with factories and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
Secure delivery performance according to targets in order to serve our customers' expectations (OTIF / Backlogs)
Manage Overstock and Obsolete articles in cooperation with S&OP Managers and Demand Planners
Developing scrapping process
Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigating actions
Handle claims and goods returns
Supply Planning
Manage and improve supply plans and orders to factories
Provide forecast and net demand to factories
Discuss and agree on flexibility with factories
Place and monitor orders upon Manufacturing based upon agreed lead time and capacity availability
Analyze supply plans, to ensure that factories / suppliers are provided with the correct information
Set up inventory targets for Vendor supplies & Pack Components and monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets (in co-operation with vendor schedulers)
Release orders to suppliers and ensure visibility on the ETA to all upstream stakeholders in the systems needed
Demand planning
Drive monthly Demand process in Logility
Analyze forecast -Pro-actively analyze demand plans vs historical data and financial forecasts / targets and align with Global Product managers on targets
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with product managers and S&OP manager
Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
Build demand planning based on sales plans, statistical models, input from the product managers, etc
Release orders to suppliers and ensure visibility on the ETA to all upstream stakeholders in the systems needed
S&OP and KPIs
Measure, report, and drive improvement of demand planning KPIs
Active participant in the global S&OP meetings with decision mandate
Manage and improve the product classification process meaning e.g. collecting input from Sales on key products and expected service / flexibility levels for those
Coordinate product phase in / out, -Secure that all steps in the elimination process, related to D&SCM, are executed
Campaign, special project coordination
Share Point Communication Center
Customer contact with Suppliers, S&OP and P&A Category
Provide customers and sales companies with forecast audits and delivery information
Support transitioning local Inventory Management to the Inventory planners
Contact Person for Sales (Planning) for many different departments / functions and topics on an operational level, such as : product management, customer sevice, sales, supply chain
