Organisational Development Manager

We're currently searching for an experienced Organisational Development Manager to support us in delivering our talent and inclusion strategy.
Working with our Chief People Experience Officer ANZ and Group Talent Director, you will lead the delivery of our FY24 talent strategy for ANZ, across talent, early careers and inclusion. The role has responsibility for leading the refinement of our inclusion strategy at Reece; partnering with our inclusion working group and leveraging insights from recent projects. Working closely with our Early Careers Lead, you'll be providing support and guidance on the review of our early careers strategy, and the development of our new strategy. Partnering with our senior leaders on all talent and organisational effectiveness initiatives, you will provide expert advice on talent / succession planning, organisational design development and change execution, along with other people experience initiatives such as remuneration and engagement.
You have led organisational development strategies and initiatives across large, complex, corporate environments, including exposure to retail and / or operations. You enjoy collaborating with a diverse range of people across the business, providing advice and guidance, to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your experience leading, coaching and influencing will set you up for success in this role.
