We have a great opportunity for you to start or build your career in the Waste Industry, delivering essential waste management services across South East Melbourne. We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused HR drivers for ongoing opportunities operating Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks. The role offers competitive pay rates ($36 per hour + penalties & allowances) and ongoing work. Early starts at 2am with early finishes available in Dandenong South.

Location : Dandenong South VIC

Pay Rate : From $36 per hour

Shifts :

Monday to Friday | Early starts between 2 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 AM

Shift Duration : 8-10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections
• Complete pre-start checks and ensure vehicle is maintained to safety standards
• Follow route schedules efficiently and report any delays or issues
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and site supervisors
• Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification
