About your team

Fidelity Investments is a member of Fidelity International, an independent asset management group that offers a range of investment products and solutions to pension funds, institutional investors, and individual investors.

About your role

The sales co-ordinator role works closely with the sales team, primarily supporting the wholesale sales team. The primary responsibilities of this role includes (but is not limited to) :

  • Co-ordinator team diaries including internal and external meetings.
  • Organising onshore and offshore travel including flights and amodation
  • Working with the marketing team to assist in coordinating events including regional roadshow bookings and administration.
  • Invoice management
  • Co-ordination between sales teams and investment functions organising meetings and schedules IMP requests
  • Preparation of offsites including agenda & logistics
  • Review of events and conference spend within the context of the budget
  • Presentation deck management includingpliance sign off process
  • Management of agreements
  • Expense management
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  • Co-ordination of meetings for new starter inductions

About you

  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
  • Team player a must
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-starter & proactive
  • The ability to accurately prioritise tasks and respond flexibly to changing circumstances.
  • High proficiency level with Microsoft Office : Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
