Ventia are seeking a vibrant, highly engaged and experience Call Dispatcher top join ourVentia Operations Centre (VOC).
Our 24 / 7 centre is located in our brand-new offices inCremorne, in the heart of Richmond, Melbourne.
TheVentia Operations Centrework closely with a diverse range of customers who are active participants of several front-line public services and sectors across Australia & New Zealand.
The role of theDispatchOperatorwill be required to be available for 12 Hour Shifts on a 24 / 7 365 Rotating Roster and required on site for all shifts.This is a 9 month fixed term.

Calls will range in complexity but predominantly be taking requests for maintenance work and following a process to create & dispatch work order requests.
You can expect to :
Respond to high volume inbound / outbound activities from members of the community or technicians / contractorsMonitor and optimise work order outcomesProviding a positive customer experienceMatching customer needs to solutionsManage the customer experience through dispatching work ordersCase management of service outcomes / managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast resolutionMaintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documentsWhat you bring to the role; Previous experience in one of the above-mentioned roles with a strong passion for delivering a quality customer serviceProven ability working within a similar environment working with multiple customers and leading large teams (For Lead and Management positions)Must be tech savvy, have strong computer application skills; MS Office, SAP or similarResilience when dealing with challenging activitiesYou enjoy a fast paced, high-volume environmentYou bring your best to work every dayThe successful applicants will genuinely care about their customers and want to make a positive impact on other people's lives within local communitiesDiversity
