Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take the lead in a sole practitioner role? Join a supportive and friendly team, where your expertise will directly impact the lives of individuals in the aged care and disability support sectors.

About the Role

As the sole Occupational Therapist, you’ll take ownership of planning, delivering, and evaluating Occupational Therapy services for a diverse caseload of aged care clients and NDIS participants across the Illawarra and Southern Highlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive in-home OT assessments and home safety evaluations
  • Recommend and coordinate appropriate equipment and environmental modifications
  • Provide and deliver manual handling training for staff
  • Implement and support customer-specific manual handling strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive service experience

About You

  • 2-5 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in aged care and / or NDIS
  • Self-directed, motivated, and open to ongoing professional development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being supported by a friendly team
