About the Role : As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to drive success in one of Australia's most exciting locations. Your responsibilities include coaching your team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and showcasing your leadership skills daily.

What You'll Do : Support the Store Manager in daily operations such as stock management, merchandising, and sales growth. Lead, inspire, and develop a team to provide outstanding service that makes every customer feel valued. Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
