Our client is looking for a temporary Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a re-roofing project, from planning and coordination to execution and handover. Your expertise in both project management and facilities / maintenance will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful delivery. On offer is :

About the role :

Your responsibilities will include :

Managing the entire re-roofing project, ensuring it’s delivered on time and within budget;

Coordinating with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders;

Overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards;

Managing project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies; and

Providing regular updates and reports on project progress.

About you :

To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with exposure to facilities or maintenance projects. You will also have a good understanding of re-roofing processes and construction best practices.
