We are seeking a skilled and motivated

  • Town Planner
  • to join our dynamic planning team. As a Town Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our communities by developing and implementing planning strategies that support sustainable urban development and improve the quality of life for residents. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with local government, developers, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct land-use planning assessments and advise on zoning, land subdivisions, and site developments.
  • Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to review development plans and provide recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning strategies, policies, and guidelines to ensure the effective management of land resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate development proposals to ensure they align with community and environmental goals.
  • Engage with the public and stakeholders to gather feedback and resolve planning-related concerns.
  • Provide support and advice on planning processes, permits, and approvals to clients and developers.

    • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Education
  • A degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related field is required.
  • Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in town planning or a related discipline.
  • Skills
  • Strong knowledge of town planning laws, zoning regulations, and environmental sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in planning software and GIS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
