Are you a proactive and solution-focused Business Analyst ready to drive meaningful change across systems and processes? We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the design, enhancement, and delivery of business and technical solutions that support operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture and validate business needs.
  • Meet with user groups to gather, analyze, and document end-user requirements.
  • Analyze workflows to create detailed process maps, identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Review current operations and recommend practical solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive business process analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop functional specifications to outline desired system enhancements and outcomes.
  • Translate user needs into technical specifications for developers and project teams.
  • Develop and use complex databases and analytical tools to guide evidence-based decision making.
  • Act as a critical member of project teams to enhance or develop new systems and applications.
  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure usability and performance.
  • Support end-users with training materials and post-implementation assistance.
  • Act as a central point of contact for business solutions and assist in delivery coordination.
  • Promote innovation and align solutions with organizational values and strategic goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably within the Electricity or Energy sector.
  • A formal qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
  • Sound understanding of IT systems and business environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience leading or facilitating workshops, business process reviews, and project initiatives.
  • Proficient in solution design, process documentation, and system evaluation.
  • Experience with employee resourcing, financial acumen, and an understanding of P&L drivers.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and deliver results independently.
  • Able to work autonomously, using sound judgment to manage priorities and guide others.
