We are now seeking applicants to join our Move Management - Government team as a Move Management Consultant. This opportunity has become available during an exciting time for Allied Moving Services as we continue to develop our team to provide utmost quality and maintaining a customer centric focus in our service delivery.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Move Management Consultant is responsible for coordinating the E2E process of managing the household good removals on a domestic scale for Government clients across the AUNZ region in an efficient and timely manner.
Duties will include management moving services component of government relocations, household goods policy counselling, liaising with relocating government employees, database maintenance, arranging insurance cover, booking of ancillary services as required. Reconciling and authorising invoices, and conducting high level of written and verbal customer service.
1. Previous Mobility, Moving Services or similar industry experience is highly advantageous
2. Previous experience handling government or corporate clients and relationship management is desirable however not essential
3. Possess strong customer service and communication skills
4. Be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed
5. Be highly organised with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clients
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
7. Competent in Microsoft Office suite
