PROFILE

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts in the transport, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify client needs and develop customised solutions, leveraging Sarens’ world-class fleet and engineering expertise.
  • Lead the preparation of bids and proposals for engineered transport projects.
  • Conduct on-site client meetings and deliver presentations to showcase Sarens’ capabilities.
  • Drive sales performance KPIs, providing actionable insights through detailed reporting.
  • Represent Sarens at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, both locally and internationally.

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5+ years of sales or account management experience in transport, logistics, or heavy lifting industry.
  • Expertise with technical documents (e.g., drawings, load specifications) and crafting winning proposals.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and competition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for professional communication and reporting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close high-value contracts.
  • A self-starter and proactive mindset, fueled by energy and a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel regionally and internationally as part of a global team.
  • Australian Resident and Rights to work in Australia.
