• The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate, proactive consultant to join our Transport Advisory team in Brisbane!

You will have a good understanding of traffic engineering in the context or urban and regional transport systems and an ability to provide advice and insights relating to land use / transport, different transport modes, and assessments of transport demand and forecasting.

This role will work closely and be supported by experienced Director of Transport Advisory.

• You will
• Provide a range of services including advice relating to transport planning for all modes, travel demand forecasting and impacts of transport systems, master plans, land use / transport interaction and traffic impacts of developments.
• Draft reporting, proposals and advice for clients
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills by responding quickly to internal and external clients in a clear, concise and transparent manner
• Provide input into draft proposals, tenders and submissions for projects
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives and Planning's Business Plan
• About you
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in traffic engineering or transport planning teams.
• Minimum 1+ years relevant experience.
