Responsibilities Provide high-quality driver education to individuals, helping them develop safe driving skills and confidence on the road. Utilize your knowledge and experience to guide learners through each sCtage of their driver training. Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring students receive comprehensive instruction. Maintain a late model vehicle in excellent condition, preferably a 2019 model or newer. Set your own flexible working hours (minimum of 20 hours required) to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle. Benefit from extensive advertising efforts in your local area to attract new clients. Collaborate with the Onroad team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in driver education. Requirements Currently qualified as a driving instructor is preferred, but we can fast-track your driving instructor course through our sister company, Academy of Road Safety. Enroll in Cert IV in Transport and Logistics - Car Driving Instruction at Academy of Road Safety if not already qualified. Possess a genuine passion for driving and teaching others. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and ability to provide constructive feedback. Strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and student appointments effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
