ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join the team. You will be responsible for :

• Behavioural support assessments
• Writing of behavioural support plans
• Providing behavioural support interventions including 1 : 1 support and groupbased settings in clinic at home and schools
• Develop and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
