About the Company : Our centrally located CBD based innovative accounting firm client, with a strong focus on AI and cutting-edge technology, is expanding rapidly due to acquisitions and growth.

This modern firm is led by awesome and very approachable, family-oriented Partners with a highly professional and collaborative office vibe.About the Role : This newly created Executive Assistant position is pivotal to supporting the firm's senior leadership as they scale and modernise the business.

You will be the right hand to one of the Partners — acting as their representative, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring their time is spent where it matters most.

This is not a traditional EA role.

The ideal candidate will be business-minded, highly organised, and eager to contribute to the growth and evolution of the company.

You'll be a key part of the leadership support structure and a trusted voice for the Partners when they're not available, working collaboratively alongside another Executive Assistant to align internal processes, streamline communication, and support key operational initiatives across the business.If you are an experienced Personal or Executive Assistant in an Accounting Firm or an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator ready to step up, I want to speak to you.Responsibilities : Complex diary and inbox management for the PartnersMeeting coordination and minute-takingHigh knowledge of billings, reporting and PL, ideally using Xero | Excel.Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact on behalf of the PartnersSupporting business development activities and internal project coordinationBeing a tech-savvy resource to assist with AI tools, system upgrades, and implementation projectsRepresenting the business with professionalism and confidenceEnsuring accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and documentationQualifications : Excellent experience and understanding of supporting partners in an accountancy firm, with high understanding of company billings and Profit | Loss Reporting.Expertise with Xero for payroll and reportingHigh proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.Confident in adopting new AI technologyExceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking skills, with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills : Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in an Accounting Firm or an experienced Senior Client Services Officer ready to step up is ESSENTIAL.Impeccable attention to detail — accuracy must be second natureProfessional, polished, and corporate in presentation and communicationTech-savvy, with a genuine interest in technology, AI, and systems improvementProactive and business-minded — you think ahead and solve problems before they ariseA team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with all levelsHighly organised — thrives in fast-paced, detail-focused environmentsComfortable being the "voice" of the Partners when requiredThis is a full-time role, with hybrid working conditions on offer, of two days per week.
