- About the role
As a Youth Development Officer, you will facilitate the provision of high-quality youth programs, events and coordinate information, referral and support services that are responsive to the needs of young people and their families. These services will be consistent with relevant council plans and strategies.
Other responsibilities include : _Contribute to the daily operation and provision of service from the Bentleigh Library and Youth HubCoordinate and deliver a range of large-scale youth eventsFacilitate the development of marketing material and develop strategies that promote youth services and special projectsProvide information, support, advocacy and referral for young people, parents, volunteers and youth workers who access the service.About youThe following is also required :
Tertiary qualification in Youth Work or related field.Experience in Youth Services or related field.Current Victorian drivers Licence.Not meeting all the requirements for this role?
