We are looking for highly capable and skilled leaders to join our Community Services team on a permanent, full-time basis in the role of Head Teacher. We have 1 position based at Ballina Campus and 1 position based at Gosford / Wyong Campuses (travel between both Campuses required).
Reporting to the Team Leader, the role of Head Teacher involves a broad range of activities which directly and indirectly support learning through the delivery of educational programs. Key tasks include maintaining educational standards, contributing to the development of teaching methods and resources, providing guidance and support to staff, and liaising with key stakeholders.
You are a highly capable leader who has relevant and extensive experience in the Community Services sector and adult education. You have the ambition and drive to succeed and mentor your staff and students, with demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team in a high-volume work environment to achieve successful outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively where you can share your extensive insight and knowledge with industry partners, the community and colleagues to ensure TAFE courses remain relevant, responsive and impactful.
