Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer Full Time - Ongoing Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven professional to take on the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer.

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, you will :

Efficiently manage the Chief Financial Officer's schedule including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Assist Chief Financial Officer to determine priorities and offer strategic advice around the coordination and delegation of tasks. Initiate and produce a range of complex, high quality documentation including confidential reports, submissions, presentations, general correspondence and policy documentation. Provide high level executive and administrative support to one of the four CECT Standing Committees. Deliver high-level administrative assistance to Corporate Services managers. Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are :

Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent experience. Proven experience providing high-level executive support and end-to-end event / project management in fast-paced environments with multiple service teams. Strong knowledge of board / committee governance, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action-tracking and conflict-of-interest register. Demonstrated professional integrity, discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information. You will join an organisation that is driven by.
