Cummins Technician Apprenticeship – Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology - Based out of our Perth Airport Workshop

Undertake a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR31120)

Outstanding opportunity to become a fully qualified Cummins Technician

Gain practical experience and earn while you learn with a global leader in engine technology.

Bring your enthusiasm and determination to a technician apprenticeship role that will grow your career!

Working under the supervision of a qualified Cummins Technician, you will learn everything that comes with the diagnosis and repair of Cummins engines and products.

Obtain a nationally recognized Certificate III trade qualification.

Complete off-the-job TAFE / Registered Training Organization study.

Gain your experience working on a range of our world class Cummins engine products.

Improve your technical expertise by completing a range of engine product training with Cummins Technical Trainers as you progress through your apprenticeship.

About you

A passion for working our products and in the industry.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Excellent level of language, literacy, and numeracy skills

A willingness to work across regional areas and rotate through different departments to gain experience on automotive, industrial, marine, and mining engine products as you progress through your apprenticeship.

Right to work in Australia

Preference to have completed year 12 or equivalent.

A strong focus on safety and wellbeing that will lead to a successful career at Cummins.
