About the Company : We are a leading importer and distributor of health food and natural products in Australia. Our reputation for excellence has been built over more than a decade, and we supply to the Grocery, Pharmacy, and Independent Channels.
About the Role : As a Territory Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory and key accounts across metropolitan NSW, including the Central Coast, Mid North Coast, and Lower Hunter regions. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll analyse market trends, provide insights on competitors, and execute brand strategies at both the store and account level. Your role will involve generating new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, responding to enquiries, and building strong, professional connections with key stakeholders. You'll also research and identify new market opportunities and customer segments, delivering timely, tailored solutions that meet client needs. Some regional travel is required, along with the flexibility to travel interstate when necessary.
About You : The ideal candidate will bring multi-channel sales experience, with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team. A strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process is essential, along with proven skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Established relationships or networks within Independent Supermarkets, Pharmacies, and Independent Health / Food stores will be highly regarded.
We're looking for a self-starter with a solid background in FMCG, ideally with experience in the Health, Independent Grocery, or Pharmacy sectors.
Experience and Qualifications : Essential : A qualification in a Sales / Business (or similar) related discipline and Territory Management experience within FMCG. A valid NSW driver's licence is required.
Preferred : Sales experience in the food / health channel.
