Your Next Opportunity

Daimler Trucks Perth is seeking a service-driven and hands-on Parts Manager to lead our dynamic Parts department.

As the leader of our department, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching a large team of Interpreters and Warehousing staff, ensuring seamless and efficient productivity across a seven-day-a-week operation. You will actively collaborate with our Service department and proactively engage with new and existing customers to foster and maintain long-term relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts leader with a strong background in inventory management and customer-centric operations.

About The Role

Promote a safety-first culture, maintaining a Zero Harm environment Actively provide coaching, mentoring and support to a team of Parts Interpreters and Warehouse staff Oversee inventory management processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy Proactively build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service in a retail-driven environment Oversee department financials and drive business performance Collaborate with Service and Sales departments of the dealership to effectively manage customer relationships

About You

Proven experience in Parts leadership within a truck or car dealership, or retail environment Demonstrated experience in managing / supervising and coaching team members Experience in developing plans or strategies to improve performance and deliver quality customer service Collaborative and solution driven work ethic, and the ability to influence / maintain a positive working culture
