An industry leader in robotic automation, our client offers award winning expertise in industrial automated packing solutions.   • 2 Roles - Field Service Technicians (Mechanical & Electrical)

    • As part of a national service team, you will be responsible for any required field work on a range of packaging machinery & equipment including

  • Servicing, repairs & fault finding
  • Installations & commissioning of new equipment
  • Modifications and upgrades of existing machines

    • Carry out training where required

    Reporting to the Service Territory Manager, you will be expected to work independently, using your initiative and experience to solve problems, but with the support of Managers and colleagues where needed.

  • What do you need to be successful?
  • Mechanical Field Service Technician
  • Mechanical Trade with minimum 3 - 5 years post apprenticeship
  • Previous experience in a service or maintenance role preferred
  • Previous experience in FMCG, packing or automated machinery for these industries ideal
  • Restricted Electrical License would be highly regarded but not essential
  • Good interpersonal skills allowing you to communicate effectively with clients & colleagues
  • Electrician Field Service Technician
  • Full NSW electrical License
  • 2 + years experience preferably in a service or maintenance role
  • Previous experience in FMCG, packing or automated machinery for these industries preferred, although qualified electricians with the desire to kick start their career in automation & robotics will also be highly regarded
  • A mechanical aptitude and some exposure to PLC programming ideal
  • Good interpersonal skills allowing you to communicate effectively with clients & colleagues
